Ingredients:
Cinnamomum verum, Ethanol (Alcohol) & Purified Water. Alcohol content: 70% v/v.
Directions:
Take drops 3 times daily with a little water. Adults: 10 drops. Children: To be taken in a 1/4 glass of water or juice. 2 – 6 years: 5 Drops; 6 – 12 years: 7 Drops; 12 years and older: 10 Drops.
Description:
Cinnamon is a highly delicious spice and is made from the inner bark of trees scientifically known as Cinnamomum. Cinnamon is made by cutting the stems of cinnamon trees and the inner bark is then extracted and the woody parts removed. When it dries, it forms strips that curl into rolls, called cinnamon sticks. These sticks can be ground to form cinnamon powder.
There are two main types of cinnamon:
- Ceylon cinnamon: Also known as “true” cinnamon.
- Cassia cinnamon: The more common variety today and what people generally refer to as “cinnamon.”
The distinct smell and flavor of cinnamon are due to the oily part, which is very high in the compound cinnamaldehyde.

How soon will you see a difference after starting to use a tincture:
- Generally some improvement will be experienced within anything from couple of hours to 4-6 weeks, although this
varies widely. Treatment of chronic problems is sometimes slow, taking many months.
Note: The ethanol found in the tinctures are for preservative measures.
Note on alcohol content for kids – there are very little alcohol in the few drops needed to take at a time, however if you drip it in a small container and leave it for a few minutes, most of the alcohol should evaporate.
