Properties:
Ovo Protein Albumen is an agglomerated powder, which rehydrates easily when mixed with any liquids. Excellent alternative for milk proteins (WPC/WPI or casein) for lactose intolerance or cow milk allergies. It has similar high biological protein quality as whey proteins. Ovo Protein Albumen contains all nine essential amino acids to enhance muscle recovery and maintenance.
All 3 BCCA’s (Branched Chain Amino Acids), which are essential for intensive activity, are naturally present.
Application:
OVO Protein Albumen is mainly used to reinforce the protein content of powder mixes in functional food for athletes, endurance sport and for protein enrichment of food for all people.
Each 5g Scoop contains 4.2g for Pure Protein.
The powder is odour and tasteless which means it can be added to any meal or drink.

Reconstitution:
• 1 part of powder + 7 parts of water is equal to 1 Liquid Egg White
