Fat Blend (MCT Oil Powder, Butter Powder, Vegetable Fat) , Protein Blend (Collagen Protein , Whey Protein Isolate), Cocoa Powder (in Chocolate Flavour only) , Natural Spices: Nutmeg, Cloves, Cinnamon (in Chai Flavour Only), Xanthan Gum , Baobab powder, Sea Salt, BHB Salts, Stevia Leaf Powder, Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid).
Directions for use:
Use by adding 2 level scoops (40g) with 200ml of water. Use a shaker or blender to dissolve and consume.
If necessary have 2 servings at split intervals depending on your dietary requirements.
